Exchange Policy:
1. Customers have the right to exchange a product within seven (7) days from the date of receipt. After this period, exchanges will not be accepted.
2. To be eligible for exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged. The store reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the exchange. The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning the product and for the cost of reshipping the exchanged item. If the product has defects or an error occurred, the customer will be compensated.
3. When exchanging products, please ensure that all packaging materials, including the transparent wrapping and the box, are returned with the item.
Exchanges are not permitted in the following cases:
- If the product has been damaged due to misuse by the customer.
Return Policy:
We are fully prepared to refund the amount paid for returned products within 21 days from the delivery date, provided that the following conditions are met:
1. Customers have the right to return a product within three (3) days from the date of receipt. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
2. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and without any benefit derived from it. The store reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the return. The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning the product. If the product has defects or an error occurred, the customer will be compensated.
3. When returning products, please ensure that all packaging materials, including the transparent wrapping and the box, are returned with the item.
4. Under special circumstances, if the customer receives the wrong product or a product that does not match the specifications described on the website, we will arrange for a free return and exchange. However, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
The refund process will take 14 to 21 business days.
