B- In the event of any issues caused by these third parties, we will ensure to follow up and address the problem with them; however, we are not responsible for any failure resulting from their actions.
C- Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer, and delivery takes between 2-10 business days, depending on the location within Saudi Arabia.
5- Damaged Products:
Halo Store guarantees that all products are new, unused, and undamaged. If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 3 days of receipt, and it will be replaced.
6- Value-Added Tax (VAT):
The listed prices include the applicable VAT at the time of your order. If there are any changes in the tax rate, the price will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
